Will I have to pay a customs fee?
We know that pesky customs charges are the worst and trust us when we say that they are out of our control and are paid to your government and not us.
The first time you’re asked to pay customs or duties on an order, with proof, we are willing to refund you!
Send us a photo of your customs receipt and we would be happy to reimburse you for the amount of the fee (please note: we are unable to refund you for more than the total amount paid for your order).
